Despite the volume of complaints, and detailed evidence that seems to support evidence of fraud, the same so-called accreditation agency issued a 5-year accreditation to Las Vegas-based Nevada Career Institute per a review process that took its Accreditation Manager, Kelly Costello, approximately 24 to 48 hours to complete!
Throughout her tenure as a token employee, India Tips has had a hand at issuing and/or approving accreditation status to numerous trade-schools that ultimately failed.

If Slavery was institutionalized and part of a government framework, it certainly is reasonable to suspect that for-profit college scams are authorized and expected to target minorities.

To get around the case of Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, and make a profit at the same time, Caucasion men and women ultimately created for-profit college scams that target minorities, and offer an inferior education.
